You can send us inspiration for the piece (photos, moodboards, examples, etc) Let us know what you like, what you don’t like.
This time is for you to tell us everything you want this piece to feel like, look like, and feel.
Not sure what you’re looking for? No problem — we’ll guide you through every step with care and creativity.
Our Design
After our call, we will work on creating sketches and detailed mockups to send you. Our design process is collaborative, as we want you to feel like you had as much impact on the piece as we did.
Once you approve the final design, we bring it to life; finally transforming your ideas into a timeless piece that’s uniquely yours.

We will work on bringing your vision to life in initial sketches.
We will stay in constant communication throughout this process and send you ideas and as many drafts as needed to achieve your vision!
Once you feel like we have exactly what you’re looking for, we will design a few renderings for 360º design view

Once you’ve approved the final design and have selected your materials, you’ll receive an invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin production.

After the design is approved and the deposit has been paid, we will share a few different material options.
If your design includes stones, we present you with a few different options in size, clarity, color, and cut.

Upon receipt of the deposit, our team will begin crafting your custom piece.

When the piece is complete, we’ll send high-quality photos of the final product for your approval.
After approval, a second invoice will be issued for the remaining 50% balance.

Once the final payment is received, your piece will be carefully packaged and shipped — or personally delivered, depending on your location.
